단열, 열 손실 감소 및 효율성 증가 고온 저항 실리카 직물
고실리카 직물은 96% 이상의 SiO2를 함유한 무기 섬유의 일종인 실리카 유리 섬유 직물로 만들어집니다. 고온 저항성이 있습니다. 연화점은 1700°C에 가깝고 1000°C에서 장기간 사용할 수 있습니다. 1500°C에서 단기간 작업할 수 있습니다. 실리카 직물은 고온 저항성, 내열성, 내화성 및 내식성 재료로 사용하기에 적합합니다. 항공 우주, 야금, 화학, 건축 자재 및 소방 산업에서 널리 사용됩니다. 고온 저항이 필요한 응용 분야 외에도 단열 및 화재 예방 용도로도 사용됩니다. 예를 들어 팽창 조인트, 단열 덮개, 패딩, 래깅, 용접 담요, 방화 커튼 및 기타 중장비 화재 제어 시스템이 있습니다. 실리카 천은 다양한 엘라스토머 및 폴리머로 코팅하기에 적합합니다.
